JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a paid short-term, project specific opportunity- not a full time employment offering. The scope of this opportunity includes the structural engineering and preparation of construction documents for a residential remodel project in Templeton, CA. This unique and challenging opportunity involves reverse engineering an existing structure while incorporating new structural elements, see the Property and Strategy sections on this site. Could be a worthy project to add to your resume. Previous experience with residential construction documents and methodologies is preferred. Must have sufficient knowledge and ability to work independently and prepare construction documents without supervision.
